Please return yarn in it's original condition for a full refund. Unfortunately we are not able to refund return postage costs.

We aim to despatch all purchases via Royal Mail the working day after they have been ordered. Please allow a further 2 - 3 working days for delivery. Your yarn will be sent by standard post for £3.50 or tracked for £5.25. We are only able to arrange delivery to the UK.
